2. Refund Policy / Absolute No-Refunds

Due to the intangible and digital nature of the software products (including but not limited to source code, templates, ZIP archives, scripts, and applications), all transactions are final and non-refundable.

Important Notice: Once a purchase is completed and a download token is generated or the software files are accessed/downloaded, you lose any right of cancellation or refund. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances, including compatibility issues, changing mind, or missing expectations.

Please note that purchasing a product guarantees access to download the source files in accordance with the license. Technical support is governed strictly by the product's purchased tier (e.g. standard support versus extended support). If your license does not explicitly include support or if the support period has expired, no support services will be provided.

We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products and services at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been finalized.
