1. Terms of Use & Access License

All software products, source code, and design files available on this marketplace are licensed, not sold. By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the files in accordance with the specific license type purchased (Standard License or Extended License).

Any unauthorized redistribution, copying, sub-licensing, or resale of the source code packages is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of license rights and legal action.

2. Account Management, Termination, & Suspension

We reserve the absolute, unilateral right to monitor account activities. The Platform holds full proprietary rights to modify, suspend, disable, block, or delete any user account, API key, or download access at any time, with or without prior notice, in its sole discretion.

Reasons for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, security risks, fraudulent activities, suspicious payment patterns, or attempts to redistribute proprietary code.

3. Service-Tiered Support & Maintenance

Technical support is strictly bounded by the specific pricing model and support package purchased with the software. Free products do not carry support guarantees. Standard software purchases include standard support for a limited period (e.g., 14, 30, or 45 days) covering configuration queries. Extended support packages apply only to software + services tiers for a predefined time duration.

Support is limited to fixing codebase defects and offering configuration help. It does not include custom feature development, server setup, or third-party integration audits unless specifically contracted as custom services.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & "As-Is" Delivery

All products, code templates, resources, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Zero Liability & Buyer's Risk: The entire risk as to the performance, quality, compatibility, and execution of the software is borne entirely (100%) by the buyer. Under no circumstances shall Ramvy Software Solutions Private Limited or its officers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of business profits, or system down-time) arising from the use of our software.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located near the registered office of Ramvy Software Solutions Private Limited.
